Do you accept insurance?

Tender Touch Mobile does NOT accept insurance as payment for our service.  Your insurance company will only reimburse the lab that performs the testing of your sample.

How do I pay for my services?

We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Venmo  and personal check. 

What are your rates?

The rate may vary depending on the service area in addition to extensive process and handling of your specimen. The rate can also vary based on the number of orders you are having filled at one time, also the shipping and delivery required is taken into consideration as well. Tender Touch Mobile offer discounted rates based on frequent utilization of our services.

How far in advance do I need to schedule my appointment?

We strongly suggest scheduling as far in advance as possible if your schedule is busy and you have a specific date and time you would like. Please note: Morning appointments are the most frequently requested, we urge you to schedule your appointment as soon as you receive your doctor’s order or kit. Please Click here to book now

What is your policy on cancellations?

Tender Touch Nursing Group has a 24-hour cancellation policy, that applies to all scheduled appointments.  For cancellations, please contact us at (800) 875-5960 or email us at cancellations@tendertouchmobilelabs.com at least 24-hours prior to the appointment.  Any cancellation, reschedules or no-shows less then 24-hours will be subject to a  $100 cancellation fee.

Grace Period & No-Show Policy

We provide a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. However, if the customer/patient is not at the scheduled location or the appointment is cancelled within 1 hour or less of the appointment time, the customer/patient will be subject to full cost of the service.

How long will it take my doctor to receive my results?

The turnaround time for most routine tests is 2-3 business days, however some specialty tests can take up to 7 business days. Please consult with your physician  directly regarding your results. 

Please note: Tender Touch Mobile does not receive a copy of your test results.
