Do you accept insurance?

Tender Touch Mobile Labs does NOT accept insurance as insurance will only reimburse the lab that performs the testing of your sample when they collect directly themselves in their patient service centers. We request a copy of the front and back of your card when we draw your blood to be submitted to the lab that will perform the testing of your specimen. We do not bill insurance companies

How do I pay for my services?

We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and personal check.

What are your rates?

The rate may vary depending on the service area in addition to extensive process and handling of your specimen. The rate can also vary based on the number of orders you are having filled at one time, also the shipping and delivery required is taken into consideration as well. Tender Touch Mobile labs can offer discounted rates based on frequent utilization of our services.

How far in advance do I need to schedule my appointment?
We strongly suggest scheduling as far in advance as possible if your schedule is busy and you have a specific date and time you would like.
Please note: Morning appointments are the most frequently requested, we urge you to call and schedule your appointment as soon as you receive your doctor’s order or kit.
What is your policy on cancellations?

We will request payment at the time you make your appointment with us, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged the full rate. This also applies if  fasting is required but not done and the appoinment needs to be rescheduled.

How long will it take my doctor to receive my results?
The turn around time for most routine tests is 2-3 business days, however some specialty tests can take up to 7 business days. Please consult with your doctor directly regarding when you should expect your results.
Please note: You must contact your doctor directly to obtain your lab results. Tender Touch Mobile labs does not reecive a copy of your results as only a licensed physician can order and interpret results. Your results will be sent to your doctor directly from the lab your specimens were delivered or shipped to.
